Tasting notes: Pale yellow. Very fresh and mineral wine, with notes of citrus and honeysuckle. Pleasant mouth volume with freshness and minerality.
Food pairing: Ideally suited to raw oysters, leaf barnacle, steamed mussels, grilled black swordfish and tuna tartar.
