Tasting notes: Rubi colour. Black cherry, blueberry and liquorice aromas. Elegant, with fine and balanced tannins. It has a long finish with notes of spices.
Food pairing: Goes specially well with all types of meat, especially roasted goat, matured meats and a great variety of cheeses.
