Tasting Notes: Notes of spices. Intense and fresh, with notes of dried fruit and a long and persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Excellent digestive, it goes especially well with sweet desserts such as crème bruleé, apple tart, custard tart, milk chocolate, French toast and Christmas pudding.
Serve at 18º/64ºF or slightly chilled.
