Tasting notes: Medium tawny. Citrus, orange skin and some vinegar. Notes of apricot and dates with a soft touch of hazelnut. Medium intensity perfectly combined with good freshness.
Food pairing: Excellent digestive wine, splendid with sweets such as almond pie, condensed milk pie, english cake or São Jorge cheese, smoked gouda and cigars.
Serve at 18°C/64°F or slightly chilled
