  • On orders over 55€ in mainland Portugal.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Shipments to mainland Portugal can take up to 48 hours (2 working days).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

FREE SHIPPING

  • On orders over 100€ for Peninsular Spain.
  • On orders over 150€ for Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Italy.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Shipments to Peninsular Spain can take up to 48 hours (2 working days)
  • Shipments to Germany / Austria / Belgium / France / Holland / Luxembourg can take between 4 and 7 working days
  • Shipments to the UK take around 12 working days
  • Shipments to the USA take around 15 to 20 working days
  • Other countries - around 20 working days.

SHIPPING OF "SPECIAL EDITIONS"

All the items in the "Special Editions", due to their different dimensions/formats, have additional shipping costs. Therefore, each item will have a shipping cost corresponding to the shipping of 3 standard bottles (see table 1).


CONSIDERATIONS

  • The images that illustrate each product in POÇAS Online Store may differ from the subsequently delivered product. Such products are also subject to stock rupture.
  • Since POÇAS cannot avoid failures in the availability of the products and/or services (stock) offered on its website, especially those motivated by situations beyond its control, in cases where it is unable to ensure the delivery of the product purchased within 30 days after the contract is concluded, the customer will be informed and reimbursed for the amount spent with the payment method used, within a maximum period of 14 days. However, if the customer has ordered several products and/or services and only some of them are unavailable on the date of the order shipment, he may receive only those that are available on such date, being refunded in relation to the others. 

PAYMENT

  • We accept Paypal, Credit Card, Multibanco, MBWay, Payshop or Bank Transfer. If you choose the last option, please send us an email to: customers@pocas.pt with proof and the order reference.
  • Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared.
