Tasting notes: Straw Yellow. Intense and fruity with citric and vegetable (green asparagus) notes. Compelling wine, mildly saline, with well-integrated wood. Notes of green asparagus with a hint of wood.
Food pairing: Goes specially well with grouper "massada" (pasta), seafood rice, bacalhau à brás (crumbled codfish, potatoes and eggs) and asparagus risotto.
