Tasting notes: Ruby. Great aromatic intensity with notes of ripe fruit. Good freshness and structure with well marked tannins.
Food pairing: Goes especially well with grilled beef, roasted veal, meat lasagne, ravioli, ragout, steak and kidney pie.
