Tasting notes: Amber. Dried fruit flavours, with scents of vanilla. Full-bodied, showing the presence of well matched wood and raisin tannins. Long and harmonious finish.
Food pairing: Excellent digestive wine, splendid with sweets such as almond pie, condensed milk pie, english cake or São Jorge cheese, smoked gouda and cigars.
Serve at 18°C/64°F or slightly chilled
