Tasting notes: Intense ruby. Great aromatic intensity with predominance of floral aromas and with plenty of black fruit and blackberry. Well-balanced, fresh with velvety texture. Very fruity with a dry and elegant finish.
Food pairing: Ideal as a dessert or convivial wine, superb with high quality cheeses like Stilton and Roquefort, and also dark chocolate.
