Tasting notes: Straw yellow. Intense and fruity, with citric and vegetable notes (green asparagus). Very involving in the mouth and slightly saline with well-integrated wood. Notes of green asparagus with a hint of wood.
Food pairing: Ideally suited to grouper "massada" (pasta), seafood rice, “bacalhau à brás” (crumbled codfish, potatoes and eggs), asparagus risotto.
Serve at 12-14°C/54-57°F
